Türk+Hillinger offers a new thermocouple for manifolds

Design features:

The highly anticipated thermocouple from Türk+Hillinger Elektrowärme, Tuttlingen, Germany
was developed for the demanding applications in the plastics industry, construction of manifolds,
injection machines and other industrial applications.

With its unique style and patented construction, this superior thermocouple offers the following advantages:

- Very fast response time through a grounded thermocouple head

- Small and narrow in size and therefore it can be used in the most challenging applications,
   such as confined spaces. It is used close to the melt channels in manifolds and offers a precise
   positioning of the thermocouple. With a long slot and a mounting screw, the T+H MTC provides all the
   positioning and installation features that are requested from the end users in different industries

- For application in tight and confined spaces, it´s available with a standard spring bend protection for
   the leads

- Available with Kapton® leads in various lengths and styles, Type J and K or other lead configurations 
  that are required for customers applications 
 

Technical Data:

- The MTC thermocouple is based on a narrow stainless steel mounting plate

- It is grounded or ungrounded available

- Diameter range from 1 mm to 8 mm, available in different length for immersion

- Temperature application range up to 350° C or on request in mineralinsulated execution up to 750° C

- Narrowst profile 4,5 mm

- It is available with a mounting screw size M4 x 5.5 for positioning and mounting

- Reinforced strain relief and spring bend protection are standard
