At this year’s jubilee celebration Türk+Hillinger GmbH honored 34 long-standing
employees for their company loyalty.
The ceremony was held in the cafeteria of the enterprise in Tuttlingen.
In his speech the managing director Michael Mann underlined the importance of
the employees for the company. „A company lives on its employees and I am
particularly proud that we may honor so many persons celebrating their jubilee
today. This shows continuity and speaks for our enterprise. “
“We honor today 34 long-standing employees, who have contributed by their
engagement and their working to the fact, that our enterprise is one of the leading
manufacturers of industrial heating elements world-wide. Türk+Hillinger enjoys
outstanding reputation both domestically and internationally, thanks to high-quality
products and not least thanks to employees, who identify themselves completely
with the enterprise, who are involved day after day and who are loyal to us“, so the
Managing Director. All honored persons received certificates and a monetary gift.
Especially honored were Mrs. Erzebet Arpasi Dujic who has been loyal to the company
for over 40 years as well as Bernd Rainer Swoboda and Hayati Ötztürk who both
belong to the company for 25 years.

Türk+Hillinger, with altogether approximately 550 employees, is today the fourth largest
employer in Tuttlingen. Permanent innovations, continuous investments and a consistent
