Thermocouples with state-of-the-art connection technology made by Türk+Hillinger

Thermocouples with the newly developed T+H connection technology - from the
point of view of the company Türk + Hillinger, situated in Tuttlingen - represent a
groundbreaking innovation. The main focus during the development was well directed
on the vital improvement of weakpoints with respect to thermocouples, which are already
on the market.

In addition the connection tube could be miniaturised extremely, which is a great
advantage particularly for the clients from the Plastics.

The new connection guarantees that movements, crushes and vibrations from
outside are not transmitted any more onto the inside contact points.
The extremely high mechanical resilience of the T+H Thermocouples with highest
draw-out strength of the thermocouple out of the connection tube respective the
connection cable out of the connection tube provides process reliability to the user.

Furthermore the temperature resistance of the connection could be increased
on 500°C at a guaranteed maximum humidity protection through the application of new
developed insulation materials.

T+H Thermocouples are produced in the diameters 1,5mm und 1,0mm and are
confectioned conform to the customer requirement with the favoured connection cable.
The measuring point of the thermocouple is alternatively connected with the sheath
(grounded) or isolated from the sheath.

Naturally the thermocouples of the new generation also dispose of the classically
demanded performances such as quick reaction time, high precision of measurement
and facile formability.
